Orders can only be placed through the website and we usually ship within two day of receipt of payment.
Due to the international situation, generated by COVID 19, shipments may take longer than normal for delivery, delays due to the few international connections between the various countries.

Shipping & Delivery
For Europe we will use the services of Italian post or UPS.
For the rest of the world we will use Italian post offices with international registered mail
For packages over two kilograms we use a courier, because this solution is cheaper.
If you would prefer an alternative method of delivery this can be arranged (contact us with an email).
Postal rates will be processed automatically based on the total weight of the items in the cart.
It is always possible to request a personalized quote for the shipping costs of the material, according to your needs.

- For Italy fixed rate for shipping 9,00 Euro
- For Europe starting from 4,30 Euro
- For America, Africa, Asia starting from 12,00 Euro (International registered mail)
- For Oceania starting from 13,55 Euro (International registered mail)
Returns & Replacements
For returns or replacements, please send the item/s back within 10 days of delivery, stating the problem details.
For replacements only, we will refund the postage costs with the new shipment.
