Orders can be placed through the website or by email, and we usually ship within a few days of receiving payment. For 3D prints the shipping time can take at least 7 days.
All product prices and shipping rates are in euros.

We accept payments via Paypal and all major payment cards.
New rules for UK sales
- If you are a CUSTOMER without a VAT number and want to place an order of less than 135 GBP (in Euros around 165 € depending on the exchange rate, minimum amount for the UK) Please contact us first by email (asimmetricwargames@gmail.com).
Shipping & Delivery
For Europe we will use the services of Italian post or UPS.
For the rest of the world we will use Italian post offices with international registered mail
For packages over two kilograms we use a courier, because this solution is cheaper.
If you would prefer an alternative method of delivery this can be arranged (contact us with an email).
Postal rates will be processed automatically based on the total weight of the items in the cart.
It is always possible to request a personalized quote for the shipping costs of the material, according to your needs.
Examples of shipping costs:
- For Italy fixed rate for shipping 9,00 Euro
- For Europe starting from 4,30 Euro
- For America, Africa, Asia starting from 12,00 Euro (International registered mail)
- For Oceania starting from 13,55 Euro (International registered mail)
Returns & Replacements
For returns or replacements, please send the item/s back within 10 days of delivery, stating the problem details.
For replacements only, we will refund the postage costs with the new shipment.
